Deposit
Once we answer positively to your availability request, you will pay a 40 Euros non-refundable deposit, as an agreement between the artist and you, that will cover the time spent in consultation and designing the draft.
The deposit will be subtracted from the full customized jacket price of 180 € or 250 €.

What’s next:
Designing a draft: once the deposit is paid, the artist will create a draft and a mood board, following the specifications you have given us in the form. When the draft is ready we will send you a picture of it, to confirm you like what we have design for you or you would like some revisions.
The artist takes one week to design the draft and the mood board.
Important note: The final product might vary from the draft. This is an artistic process and it evolves as it is created. However, the criteria given by you will be taken into account.
The rest of the payment: Once you agree with the draft, the artist will ask you to make the final payment- shipping price will be calculated then. We will begin with the sewing process after receiving your payment confirmation. The creation time can take two or three weeks.
Shipping: When the product is ready to be dispatched, we will send you the shipment confirmation and the shipment tracking number. The shipping duration may vary according to the destination, the season of the year and other factors. You can check our delivery price and time here.
